The project is managed by the Metropolitan Planning Commission who is coordinating with DOT, Federal Highway Administration, neighborhood groups, stakeholders, and other interested parties. Partners in the study include Chatham County, the City of Savannah, SDRA and CORE MPO.  The consultant team is lead by Jacobs, with support from Metro Planning & Engineering, Symbioscity, and McMillan & Associates.
